What is PSR?
The Parish School of Religion (PSR) is set up specifically to teach the children that do not attend Catholic school the fundamental truths of our faith, and to prepare the children to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation. Parents are the first and primary teachers of their children in all things, but especially their faith. PSR assists in helping the parents with this extraordinarily important responsibility. Throughout the year the children not only learn valuable lessons about their faith, but also fellowship. There are several PSR events throughout the year such as the PSR Kickoff Party, Advent Party, Christmas Parties, new this year "Movie Nights", and much more. These events give our PSR families a chance to step ouside of the classroom and gather together as a community.
