St. Joseph Catholic Church Shreveport is thrilled to be partnering with Hallow, the #1 prayer app in the world. This special partnership allows our parishioners, with or without a Hallow subscription, free access to our parish page content within the Hallow app. Our parish page will host a series of prayer challenges throughout the year, as well as be a place to share and respond to prayer intentions and connect more deeply with one another in faith. All available to you for FREE!

What You Can Expect When Joining Our Parish Page
All parishioners – with or without a Hallow subscription* – are invited to be a part of our Hallow parish page. When you join our parish page, you can:

Click the Church tab at the bottom of the app to create your profile and find our parish. The easiest way to find us is to search by zip code - 71105.

Not yet on Hallow?
Visit hallow.com/communities/192, and follow the prompts. If St. Joseph Church does not appear automatically, search by our parish zip code 71105. You’ll be offered a free trial which gives access to all of Hallow's premium content*. If you’d like to forgo the trial and use only the content free to you through our parish page, simply hit “Skip” and you’ll have access to our parish page.

Current Challenge: Lent Pray40
Join us in a journey to return to our Father this Lent, guided by Sister Miriam, Mother Olga, Fr. Mike Schmitz, Mark Wahlberg, Chris Pratt, and of course the one and only Jonathan Roumie!
To really help bring the truths of the parable of the prodigal son to life this Lent, Pray40 will dive into the incredible book The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky!

Hallow Parish Page Community Expectations
The Hallow Parish Page is a shared, prayerful space where parishioners come together to encounter Jesus, grow in daily habits of prayer, and build a supportive community rooted in Christ. We invite all members to engage with charity, respect, and encouragement—especially when sharing reflections, prayer requests, or participating in prayer challenges and small groups.

Content that requests money, shares sensitive or personal information about others without their consent, or dehumanizes or disparages individuals or groups is not permitted. To care for this sacred space, posts that do not align with these Expectations may be removed. If you have questions about these Expectations or about a removed post, please contact a parish administrator.
Parish Discount for Premium Subcriptions
As part of our partnership with Hallow we are able to offer our parishioners a ?? discount on a premium Hallow subscription annually for the duration of our Hallow Parish Partnership. Please follow the instructions below to redeem your discount.

Discount for a New Hallow Subscriber
Those who have never tried a Hallow premium subscription before have the opportunity to redeem an exclusive 6 month free trial, followed by a 25% discount on a premium subscription annually for the duration of our Hallow Parish Partnership. In order to redeem this, follow these instructions:

Go to Hallow.com/parish on a web browser.

Find your parish by name or zip code.

Join the parish

Sign in or create an account (remember this information for later!)

Redeem the current parish offer.

Download the Hallow app on your phone.

Login in using the information from step #4.

Go to the community (church) tab at the bottom right of your screen.
